Dear Website readers,

Hello to everyone! On behalf of the entire Take The Magic Step® team, I wish you much happiness, peace, and fitness.

We hope you are having a beautiful end of the year, and celebrating in a way that is special to you. There’s such a great variety of holiday traditions this time of year. Maybe some of you have been lighting a menorah every night. Maybe some of you follow the Victorian tradition of putting up a tree on Christmas Eve and leaving it up for the 12 days of Christmas. Or maybe you’ve done like some of our American friends, and put up a holiday tree as soon as you were done washing the Thanksgiving dishes! In New Zealand, where our program also is located, it is now summer, so almost nobody dreams of a white Christmas. Instead, there it is time for the beautiful pohutukawa, known as “the Christmas tree Down Under,” to sprout its big, bright red blossoms.

Wherever you are, we hope you had a great year of training and exercising, and that you found lots of helpful inspiration and information on our site. Thanks to everyone who has let us know what they think about how the Take The Magic Step site has evolved this year. We appreciate your criticism and wisdom.

To all of you who wrote, we appreciate your taking the time to write to us. Please keep in touch.

A special thanks to everyone who donated to one of our charities this year, especially those of you who gave to our Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. People were so generous that we were still receiving donations for Katrina relief at Easter!

Best wishes for a magic holiday season and a healthy New Year. Keep running!

Yours in fitness and health,
