Uta Will Run the 10K at Adidas Runners City Night in Berlin

Uta will be in Berlin to join one of her favorite events — the 27th running of City Night. “It will be fantastic to be back home and run the 10K City Night,” said Uta. “I’m looking forward to the flat and fast course and to enjoying a cool evening run with my friends. It will be magic!”

There will be live music and 50,000 fans are expected to be cheering on the runners — more women than men — out on the course. In the finish area, water, tea and Erdinger alkoholfrei (alcohol-free beer) will be available for all participants. “City Night is such a fun and joyful celebration for everyone from beginners to serious runners. And some might use it as a great test run in preparation for the Berlin Marathon,” said Uta. “I just love to see the city so full of energy and friendship on this special night.”

Uta will join runners at the start line, wishing everyone well, and then run the 10K on a course that goes through downtown Berlin and gives both fast and relaxed runners the chance to enjoy the warmth and comradery of the runners and the crowd. Course map:
