Scott Douglas

“It’s great to be involved in a project that helps people make well-informed decisions on how to improve their fitness and health—and therefore their lives.”

Scott Douglas has been contributing great ideas to Take The Magic Step since May 2006 in Web site articles he has either written or edited. He has co-authored four books on running and is the former editor of Running Times. When he’s not writing and editing for various clients from his home in South Portland, Maine, Scott, now 45, spends his free time with his wife reading, listening to jazz, and running on country roads.

How Take The Magic Step has affected Scott’s life:
“I now eat almond butter instead of peanut butter!”
